Quick Tips for the Perfect Bread Dipping Oil

  • Use good-quality olive oil: Extra virgin olive oil gives the best flavor, but any light, neutral oil works in a pinch.

  • Adjust herbs to taste: Feel free to add more or less of each herb depending on your preference. A pinch of red pepper flakes adds a subtle heat that pairs wonderfully with bread and cheese.

  • Infuse for maximum flavor: While you can enjoy it immediately, letting the oil sit for a few days allows the flavors to meld and deepen.
